Гражданам и организациям, возвратившим билеты на мероприятия Большого театра Беларуси по своей инициативе, возмещается 75% их стоимости, причем возврат осуществляется не менее, чем за один календарный день до дня проведения этого мероприятия в кассах театра вне зависимости от места их приобретения в распечатанном виде.
Места для лиц с ограниченными возможностями расположены в 8-м ряду партера напротив мест 37,38 9-го ряда 
Дети допускаются на спектакли в сопровождении взрослых и только при наличии отдельного входного билета: на утренние и дневные спектакли – с 3-х лет, на вечерние спектакли – с 5-ти лет. Дети до 3-х лет на мероприятия театра не допускаются (п.1.11 Правил посещения Большого театра Беларуси)
