Ticket reservation is valid for 24 hours from the time of booking. If the tickets are not redeemed after this date, reservation is automatically cancelled. Cancellation of reservations manually is impossible;
After ticket reservation is confirmed, an e-mail with a reservation code is sent to you, and then you can print it out again;
You can pay for the reserved tickets in cash at any KVITKI BY booking office after presenting the reservation code you got while booking. Addresses of booking offices can be found at the top right part of the website;
Tickets can be picked up by any person who presents an 18-digit reservation code;

In addition to booking, anyone can buy tickets online and either print them or get them via express delivery;
The tickets may be returned to the organizer of the event on the initiative of a citizen or organization - not less than five calendar days before the event, in this case at least 75% of the ticket cost is refunded.
KVITKI BY is an intermediary between the event organizer and a viewer. Company KVITKI BY is not responsible for failed or cancelled events, changes in dates, delay, quality measures and other issues related to the activities of the organization. The organizer of the event is only responsible for these issues.
Money for tickets to the events which failed is refunded by the organizer of the event. In case of cancellation of the event detailed information about how you can get a refund for the tickets will be posted at
