How long the reservation is valid and what should I do to cancel it?
- Tickets reservation is valid for 24 hours starting from the time of booking. If the tickets are not redeemed after this date, reservation is cancelled automatically. Manual cancellation is not possible.
How do I buy a reserved ticket?
- You can buy tickets at any cashier of the KVITKI BY network, presenting the reservation code. Addresses of the cashiers can be found on the menu link at the top right-hand part of the site.
Can someone else receive my reserved tickets?
- Tickets can be received by any person who provides the 18-digit reservation code.
I lost the reservation code, how can I get it again?
- After you complete the procedure of booking the tickets, the code is sent to the e-mail address you specified, so you can print it again.
Where are the KVITKI BY cashiers situated?
- Follow the link Cashiers at the top right-hand part of the website to see all the cashiers of www.kvitki.by, their addresses, locations on the map and working times.
Can I return tickets?
- Tickets can only be refunded when the event is postponed or cancelled.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
- KVITKI BY acts as intermediary between the event organizer and the viewer.
- KVITKI BY takes no responsibility for failed or cancelled events, dates changings, delays, quality or other issues related to the activities of the event organization. All these issues are on the event organizer’s side.

How do I find an event on www.kvitki.by?
- If you are looking for a specific event, type in the information you know about the event (name, keyword, category, city, price of a ticket (from – to), place or date of the event) in the "Search" field which is located in the center of the website. Select "Detail Search".
- If you have not decided what kind of event to attend, you can look for events according to some details (name, keywords, category, city, price of a ticket (from – to), place, date of event). In the search results you will see all the events that match the specified criteria.
- If you wish to select the event according to its category (theater, concert, festival, etc.), you can do this by selecting a category from the main site menu or search for events by category, as described above.
